To our valued customers,

We want to ensure you that Hayes Pump Inc. has been classified as an Essential Business and will continue to be here to serve you as allowed by our state governments during this period associated with stay-at-home directives and social distancing.

On March 17, with the exception of our warehouse, assembly and service teams, we relocated all sales and operational staff to work remotely from their homes in preparation for the social distancing restrictions that were being considered, and that are now in effect. Our operational systems and communication systems have been designed to be accessed by our employees remotely, just as if they were in the office. Hayes Pump Inc’s normal business hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Each office has a main number and all incoming calls will be answered by a team of our employees handling the phones. They can direct your call as needed to other personnel.

We are limiting the number of employees allowed in our offices on any given day to under 10 (ten) so that we may ensure to fully comply with the social distancing guidelines that have been enacted.

In addition, we have established sanitization protocols for anyone working on any given day in one of our facilities to minimize the chance of spreading the virus. We are not allowing non-essential visits from suppliers or customers. Customers coming to a facility to drop off or pick up equipment will be attended to by our warehouse staff.

On the supply side we are working with our manufacturers to minimize disruption to lead times; however, the COVID-19 situation is fluid and some delays to lead times may occur.

This is a challenging and unprecedented period for all of us. We truly appreciate your business and will work with you to navigate the situation as evolves. We are determined to support you throughout this period.
